Veg Pulav...

Veg Pulav/Masale Bhaat

  • Basmati Rice 4 cups

  • Ek motha Kanda(big onion)

  • Don Tomato

  • Matar/Green Pease half bowl

  • Gajar/Carrot 1 mothe/big

  • Shimla mirch/Green Peeper 1

  • cooking oil, Garam masala, Muster Seeds, Jeera, Tej Patta, Lavang, Veldoda(cardimum), Kothimbir

  • Beans 2-3

  • Ginjer Garlic Paste 1 T spoon

  • Nimbu/ Lime Fruit 1

  • Potato 2 medium size


  • Kruti

    Kanda/Onion ani Tomato ubhe chirun ghyavet.

    Eka bhandyat cooking oil garam karun tya madhe phodni karavi nantar Onion ani Potato che kaap takavet ani thode cook karun nantar tomato takavet tya madhe Salt, Garam Masala, 1 TSpoon Sugar, Carrot, Shimla Mirch, Beans, etc mix karave ani 3/4 min cook karave. Kashu Nuts pan ethe vapru shakta.


    Ya mixture madhe 4 chote cups Basmati Rice mix karava ani neat mix karave.

    He mixture aata cooker madhe takun tyamdhe 8 cups Water mix karave

    Pressure cooker asel tar 2 shitya karavyat(Electric Rice cooker asel tar khupch changle)

    Tip: Cooker non stick nasel tar tyala pratham thode heat karun butter lavave.

    Serve kartana kothimbir ani Limbu shakya zale tar dresicated coconut /ola naral kisun varun ghyava.
